Grand Départ Euskadi – or the Tour de France start in the Basque Country in 2023 – provided an opportunity to further highlight the cycling opportunities in this northern Spanish region.
The Campaign was aimed at the Dutch-speaking market. We produced a 4-part YouTube series. In which we portrayed the three stages of this Tour de France start. With technical commentary and insights from Haimar Zubeldia (several times top 10 rider in the Tour) and Virginia Beresategui, this was a unique insight into the region, its culture and cycling opportunities.
Result: 100+ hours of viewing time, 2 magazine publications and 4 online publications
